English summers are a lot cooler than summers in St Louis. There is no air conditioning here - there is no need for it. But you can imagine how cool it is when I tell you that today Jeremiah found a blanket, one of the dining room chairs and dragged them into the kitchen. He positioned himself a couple of feet in front of the oven and wrapped up in the blanket - just to keep warm!!

Oh goodness, there is nothing quite like the English summers, hey? I lived there for a while. The summers are so similar to what we have here in the Rockies--cool. Too cool for my liking :(
