As I stated below I called the Pfeiffer Institute to request reimbursement of our shipping costs, but very generously they refunded our whole purchase price and the Pharmacy Manager told me to call back when I knew the amount it cost to ship the vitamins. It didn't take me long to decide not to call back as I thought they had done more than enough to refund our $188.00, I certainly wasn't going to ask for the $7.19 that it cost to ship them.
So, you can imagine my surprise when today I received a statement from Pfeiffer showing not only the $188 refund, but a credit for $18.10 which is twice what it cost them to ship the vitamins to me the first time.
God is Good!!
